Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given when placing your order is complete and accurate.
A legally binding contract between you and Network Evolution will be formed when payment of a deposit or upfront payment in full is received and acknowledged as being received.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, your order will not be accepted and Network Evolution will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Methods of payment
All online transactions are handled by PayPal. Please refer to www.paypal.com for their full terms and conditions of service. Personal cheques may also be accepted as payment with prior agreement.
Network Evolution shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
Although every care is taken to ensure accuracy, no warranty is made as to the accuracy of the information placed on the networkevolution.co.uk website pages. The extent of liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, however nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Network Evolution's liability for death or personal injury as a result of Network Evolution's negligence.
Invalidity of terms and conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions are unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Network Evolution shall be governed by English law and you and Network Evolution submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
