Purchasing a model

 

Models that are shown as being available for sale through networkevolution.co.uk are held in stock and ready for dispatch.  Software is incorporated into the website that automatically monitors and updates stock levels in real time to prevent the sale of goods that have become out of stock.  Delivery of goods purchased will normally be made within 5 working days with tracking details provided at the earliest opportunity.

 

Delivery and turnaround time for bespoke goods will vary depending on what is being ordered and no specific turnaround time is normally quoted.  The terms & conditions of sale for bespoke goods are given based upon the understanding that the goods are built to order.

 

 

Purchasing a model that is out of stock

 

Models that are shown as for sale but out of stock may be ordered in the same way as bespoke goods.  A 50% deposit is required with the balance due once the goods are available and prior to dispatch.  Transactions made in this manner are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the returns guidelines for stock items apply, the deposit is also fully refundable.

 

 

Postage charges

 

Royal Mail tracked and insured services are used for all shipping.

 

United Kingdom - £7.99 per transaction.

 

Overseas - £12.99 per transaction.

 

In the event that goods are damaged or lost during shipping, a full refund will be made or replacement goods (if available) may be provided once confirmation and agreement has been reached with the courier.

 

Returns (stock items)

 

Transactions made through networkevolution.co.uk are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations and if you are not happy with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.  A refund will be made within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the returned goods, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original unmarked packaging.  Please clearly state the reason for the return.  Original postage costs are refunded, postage costs incurred by the customer through returning the goods are not refunded unless the goods are at fault or damaged due to improper packing.  Goods must be returned using a registered or traceable postal service.

 

 

Returns (bespoke and commissioned items)

 

Commission orders placed through networkevolution.co.uk for goods to be built bespoke to a customer's own specification are non-refundable and are not covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.  Cancellation will result in full loss of any deposit made.  In the instance of payment in full having been made upfront for the bespoke goods then up to a 50% refund may be offered.  Additional charges for work carried out prior to cancellation may be applied.
